History of the project.
Our clients had purchased their home is their home twelve years prior to contacting us. The house was a modest 1250 square foot three bedroom two bath home. Located on the border of San Jose and Cupertino.
Solution:
While working with our clients we found they had specific needs for the open space, professional work spaces and a place for the family to congregate.

PRE Existing Conditions:
The existing floor plan was gutted and 95% of the debris and all the appliances were recycled through the City of San Jose's "Construction and Demolition Diversion Deposit Project".
